In Booth 2038, E.L. Simeth Co., Inc. | MB Metal Technologies LLC (Milwaukee, WI) will showcase the new Patmark battery-operated cordless part marker from MarkinBOX. With a lithium-ion battery and charger, plus a software app that connects to your device via WiFi, users can get a clean and clear mark without a cord. They have the choice of either the Patmark 1533 or the Patmark Mini. The Mini has a marking area of 15 mm x 15 mm and the 1533 has a marking area of 15 mm x 33 mm. Both devices have a solid carbide pin that allows users to mark on materials up to 62 RC. The easy-to-use software can manipulate the size, depth and speed of each mark. Marking on a variety of surfaces is easy when the Patmark is paired with quick-change fixtures that hold the marking device to the part using magnets, clamps, etc. Each fixture can be adjustable or fixed depending on specific marking needs, providing the ability to mark on round surfaces, end of parts and much more. For users who cannot always be connected to a power source when marking, the Patmark is a great follow-up to the MarkinBOX handheld dot peen marker with multiple marking area sizes and capabilities.
