The TORCO-BLOCK tool assembly assistant from REGO-FIX Tool Corporation (Whitestown, IN) features a built-in torque meter that eliminates the need for an individual torque wrench for every toolholder, as well as the detrimental results of excessive runout that results from over torquing. TORCO-BLOCK includes interchangeable indicator rings for different ER series holders, and its quickchange function for different taper interfaces requires only one 0.160 in (4 mm) Allen key. The TORCO-BLOCK fits in a compact 6.690 in by 10.630 in (170 mm x 270 mm) space and accommodates full or overhang mounting on a workbench.
