Test Equipment Distributors Acquires Centura

Non-destructive testing (NDT) distributor Test Equipment Distributors, LLC (TED; Troy, MI) has acquired Centura Incorporated (Cleveland, OH), a leading provider of both medical and NDT X-ray products and services that is composed of two entities, Centura NDT and Centura X-ray, both headquartered in Cleveland. Centura NDT is a distributor of equipment, supplies, and services encompassing all methods of nondestructive testing. Their products and services help clients in the aerospace/aviation, automotive, utility and other diverse industries achieve safety and reliability. Centura X-ray is focused on the distribution of X-ray equipment, imaging equipment, supplies and services leading to optimal patient care in the medical, veterinary, and chiropractic fields.
