New Separation Technology Helps Extend Coolant Life, Maximize Machining Uptime

Mayfran International (Cleveland, OH) introduces their ConSep® 2000-25, a new separation technology that helps extend coolant life and maximize uptime in machine tool applications anywhere. It cleans coolant to 25 micron nominal, cutting in half the 50 micron achievable by previous ConSep technology, an improvement that can help machine tool operators in a wide variety of applications extend coolant life, improve precision and performance, and eliminate downtime. “Machining has become increasingly precise and demanding,” said Neb Petrovic, the director of machine tool products at Mayfran. “We identified the market need for enhanced filtration technology to meet those demands, and we’re confident that this meets that need.
