Wildeck Hires New CFO and VP Operations
Tom Paulsen oversees accounting and strategic financial input, while Dan Lorenz manages manufacturing.

Wildeck, Inc. (Waukesha, WI) announced that Thomas Paulsen has joined their team as their new chief financial officer. He is responsible for overseeing the accounting processes and providing strategic financial input to members of the senior leadership team. Paulsen has worked as a chief financial officer for over 15 years in various manufacturing settings and understands the importance of developing policies and procedures that promote a company’s financial well-being. As a certified public accountant with a master’s degree in Business Administration, he is highly knowledgeable in directing the financial operations of a company with diverse revenue streams.

Wildeck has also welcomed Daniel Lorenz as their new vice president of operations, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing department, as well as supporting the organization’s strategic growth goals. He brings more than 20 years of manufacturing management experience. Having held various positions within the field, Lorenz understands the importance of developing best-in-class operations and cultivating personnel in a way that supports corporate objectives. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Lean Six Sigma Champion certification, he brings with him a drive to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
