Seco Machine (North Canton, OH), a supplier of state-of-the-art machined metal and cast urethane components, has achieved recertification under ISO 9001:2015, which defines the requirements for establishing, implementing and maintaining a documented quality management system and recognizes companies with systems in place to meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. They were initially certified to this stringent standard in 2013 and began the internal process of recertification two years ago by comparing their existing procedures against the new ISO requirements.
“This recertification provides additional assurance to our customers that we are focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction,” stated Tom Seccombe, their vice president and general manager. “The commitment to quality and continuous improvement by all our employees enabled us to achieve this milestone.”
