Roll-Kraft (Mentor, OH) appointed Ken Fruscella as their chief financial officer, replacing recently retired Rich Lazar. Fruscella held previous positions as CFO with Soundwich and Horsburgh & Scott. His 30 years of experience includes progressive manufacturing accounting and managerial positions. He has training in lean manufacturing, kaizen, and Six Sigma concepts and has been responsible for multi-national sites in Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Working with plant management, he was instrumental in developing efficiencies to improve accounting-related metrics. His considerable work history, being specifically focused on accounting, IT, and lean, will benefit the company’s growth and continued expansion in roll tooling for the tube and pipe and roll forming industries.
