Dengensha Adds New Service Engineer
Cecil Boone provides customer service support in the Midwest, parts of Canada, and backup assistance in the Southern tier.

Dengensha America Corporation (Bedford, OH) recently added Cecil Boone as a service engineer, increasing their customer service engineering support capabilities from their Bedford headquarters. He will assist customers in the Midwest and parts of Canada on their complete line of resistance welding equipment. He is also being tasked to provide backup support assistance for their customers in the Southern tier as well.
“With extensive experience in servicing manufacturing equipment and automobiles, and from both the electrical side as well as the mechanical side, Cecil is already proving to be a perfect fit to support our growing list of resistance welding customers,” said chief operating officer Don Grisez. Boone has 13 years of experience working at a local manufacturing plant in maintenance and as a CNC operator. Before that, he repaired RVs and owned an auto repair shop. He currently resides in Euclid, OH.
