In Booths B-6351, B-6555 and C-12542, Hypertherm Inc. (Hanover, NH) will demonstrate cut samples of their new X-Definition™ class plasma and their new HyPrecision™ Waterjet pump with advanced predictive maintenance capabilities, new versions of their ProNest® and Robotmaster® software, and the industry’s most extensive line-up of specialty torches and consumables. The X-Definition class plasma combines engineering advances and refined high definition plasma processes to deliver unmatched plasma cut quality on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The HyPrecision Waterjet pump includes technology designed to provide warning of upcoming maintenance needs. The new release of ProNest 2019 CAD/CAM nesting software for automated cutting contains more than a dozen new features and enhancements designed to make customers more efficient and profitable.
The new v7 version of Robotmaster introduces a completely new architecture to what was already considered a revolutionary task-based robot programming platform. It uses integrated CAD/CAM functionality for the first time ever, so that welding, cutting, painting, sanding and other process professionals can easily program industrial robots without having to buy or learn complex CAD/CAM software. Also on display will be the Powermax line of air plasma cutting and gouging systems, along with their lineup of specialty torches and consumables. Activities will include multiple daily demonstrations of cutting, gouging, flush cutting, extended reach cutting, marking, and CNC table cutting. Demonstration stations will be on hand so show attendees can try out these various processes for themselves. Those who cut with a Powermax system can enter a drawing for one of three Powermax45 XP systems.
