In Booth B-5423, Viking Blast & Wash Systems (Rose Hill, KS) will showcase their MB1824 Continuous Chain Mesh Belt Shot Blaster that reduces operating cost and increases serviceability. Parts are presented to the blast wheels on a manganese woven wire belt conveyor extending 2 ft on the loading end and 2 ft on the discharge end of the vestibules for loading and unloading. Product is blasted to the required production specifications in one pass achieving complete and thorough coverage. Blast wheels are arranged to blast leading and trailing edges of the work. This machine is equipped with four VKPowermax 15 hp blast wheels, electromagnetic valves, variable frequency drives, cast liners, and many optional features, such as high volume air blow-off, an exclusive dust collector and extended entrance and exit conveyors.
