With an improved, space-saving design, the S2 can deliver consistent lubrication in even smaller press windows. It features the same rugged Uni-Roller construction with improved guarding that helps guide material when loading coil stock or feeding blanks, and which offers increased protection for the system’s rollers. The heart of the S2 is a unique internally-fed roller that allows the system to apply the exact amount of lubricant required and which has become an industry favorite worldwide. The S2 rollers feature a new quick-change design that makes replacing roller covers fast and easy. The Uni-Roller S2 is built to handle any manufacturing environment without sacrificing ease of maintenance.
