In Booth B-7029, LVD Strippit (Akron, NY) introduces their new Strippit E-1225 servo-electric punch press that is energy efficient, highly reliable and provides exceptional repeatable accuracy for forming and wheel tool operations. The modern press drive is a simple, streamlined design that uses a minimum of components to help keep machine reliability and uptime high and maintenance costs to a minimum. A 47-station turret provides a versatile mix of stations that accept shaped punches and dies, indexable multi-tool, tapping and wheel tools. A full .984 in (25 mm) feed clearance between the upper and lower turret allows for higher forms. Precise programmable ram control produces an exceptionally accurate formed part. The Touch-P touch screen control is easy to operate and allows the adjustment of individual parameters. Built on a heavy duty closed-welded frame for maximum stability, the Strippit E machine is engineered for superior accuracy and long production life. Automation options are available.
