In addition, a dual mandrel recoiler is included, as well as a complete packaging line that will feature a fully automatic banding system and stretch wrapping system. This slitter is also equipped with state-of-the-art guarding, providing the operators a high degree of safety.
Overall, the new line will integrate an automatic coil loading system, uncoiler, peeler breaker, entry crop shear, three packed arbor slitting heads, dual helical scrap choppers, double looper thread system, tensioner system, exit crop shear, dual mandrel recoiler, exit coil lift, four arm powered turnstile, and a fully-automatic packaging line.
