Abtex Adds Staff to Meet Business Growth
They expand their engineering and finance teams to meet growth in their deburring business.

Abtex Corporation (Dresden, NY) recently hired four professionals with varied skills in manufacturing and business to meet significant recent growth in their deburring business. Rafael Colon was hired as a mechanical design engineer with special responsibility for their deburring systems product line. He recently received a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred, NY. He participated in the company’s Summer Internship program in 2016-2017 and lives in Penn Yan, NY.
Janette Hurley signed on as an accounting support associate with their finance team. She was most recently a collections analyst for Xylem Inc. (Seneca Falls, NY) and is a graduate of Monroe Community College. She also lives in Penn Yan. Joshua Kinsey was hired as a manufacturing engineer with special responsibility for their manufacturing product line. He recently received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering graduating Cum Laude from Alfred University. He was also an intern with the company last summer and lives in Penn Yan. Thomas Moracco joined as a mechanical design engineer with special responsibility for their deburring systems product line. He is a recent recipient of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred. He lives in Waterloo, NY.
