Booth E-121262: Capable of controlling the individual ventilation needs of up to 200 workstations simultaneously, the Steward Process Control System from IVEC is UL Certified and meets NEC, CSA, and NFPA 70E standards for large-scale and heavy industrial environments. Its unique network design can be tapped for additional drops at any time for flexibility and growth.
Booth E-121262: With an exceptionally low air-to-cloth ratio for long filter life, the General Ventilation Manual Cleaning Mist Collector from IVEC offers 2,500 CFM to 5,000 CFM capability for light- to medium-duty ambient systems. Featuring exclusive Intellivent capabilities, it automatically adjusts fan speed to optimize the filter cleaning process, regulates horsepower to optimize filter utilization, and alerts you when service is required.
Booth E-121262: The first and only true oil mist gate for ducted systems, the modular E-Z Mist Duct Gate from IVEC features an oil trap and drain system and a sealed blade that contains oil up to 100 in wc.

In Booth E-121262, IVEC® Systems LLC (Muskego, WI) will be showcasing four of their breakthrough systems. “Whether they work for smaller shops or in large industrial facilities, today’s plant managers, compliance officers, and health and safety professionals have so much responsibility on their shoulders,” noted Dan Croal, the president of IVEC. “Our systems can provide optimized air quality that meets even the most stringent regulatory standards, all while reducing energy costs by up to 85 percent and eliminating the hours of time typically wasted on maintenance tasks.” The four systems being featured represent their very latest in process control ventilation, dust collection, and duct gate technologies:

  • Steward Process Control System: Combining more than 40 years of dust collection design experience with state-of-the-art networking technology, the Steward is the very best choice for large-scale and heavy industrial environments. Capable of controlling the individual ventilation needs of up to 200 workstations simultaneously, its unique network design allows the Steward to be tapped for additional drops at any time, making it perfect for businesses seeking flexibility and growth. The Steward is UL Certified, and meets NEC, CSA, and NFPA 70E standards.
  • Advanced Process Control System: Ideal for smaller shops, the Advanced provides on-demand ventilation control and can reduce energy consumption by 50 percent to 80 percent. It is designed to handle dedicated ventilation applications of up to ten workstations and blower motor horsepower ratings up to 125 hp. The Advanced is UL Certified and meets NEC, CSA, and NFPA 70E standards.
  • General Ventilation Manual Cleaning Mist Collector (GVMST) with Intellivent™ technology: Perfect for light- to medium-duty ambient systems, the GVMST offers 2,500 CFM to 5,000 CFM capability. Featuring exclusive Intellivent capabilities, it automatically adjusts fan speed to optimize the filter cleaning process. It also regulates horsepower to optimize filter utilization, and alerts you when service is required. The GVMST also utilizes an exceptionally low air-to-cloth ratio that provides long filter life, and no special tools are required when it is finally time to change filters.
  • E-Z Mist Duct Gate: The first and only true oil mist gate for ducted systems, the E-Z Mist Duct Gate features an oil trap and drain system, as well as a sealed blade that contains oil up to 100 in wc. It’s also modular, making it easy to install in various positions.

“For more than ten years, we’ve been helping aerospace, automotive, medical, food manufacturing, and other companies across all industries optimize their ventilation systems and save thousands of dollars every month,” added Croal. Visitors to the booth can get a hands-on demonstration of these technologies, with application experts available to answer any questions about air filtration and help them zero in on the system that best meets their needs.
