JR Automation Acquires Setpoint Companies

JR Automation Technologies, LLC (Holland, MI), a leading provider of intelligent automated manufacturing and distribution technology systems headquartered in Holland, Michigan, announced today that it has acquired Setpoint Systems and Setpoint, Inc., both based in Ogden, UT, that create automation systems for the e-commerce, amusement, and other industries.
