Rite-Hite Corporation (Milwaukee, WI) is expanding their operations by adding an office location in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The move is a result of additional space needs due to company growth. Located at 342 N. Water Street, the 12,500 sq ft facility will house 20-plus full-time sales management and corporate marketing employees. It will also feature an education center that will host up to 24 additional people at a time from all over the world for three-month sales training programs. The first of three annual training classes started at the end of February. The Rite-Hite Sales Academy, which provides training for existing salespeople, will also be housed in this new location.

Founded in 1965, Rite-Hite is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of supply chain logistics and industrial safety equipment, as well as other products used in large industrial, commercial and municipal facilities. They have grown steadily in recent years and are up to over 2,000 employees worldwide, having added more than 200 people to their global workforce since 2014. Milwaukee-area facilities include their corporate headquarters and an R&D facility, both in Brown Deer, WI. In addition to these sites, they operate plants in Iowa and Mississippi, and also have sales, service and manufacturing in China, Europe, and Canada.

“As we continue to experience tremendous growth, it’s essential to make sure we have the most skilled and highly trained sales and service professionals possible,” said Sara Everts, their director of corporate marketing and communications. “Milwaukee’s Third Ward is the perfect place to bring in young motivated people for our training program. We’re excited to be part of the energetic and vibrant downtown.”
