CRC-Evans Appoints New President
Kevin Allen is now the president of Onshore West.

As the president of Onshore West, he will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management and continue to lead the company’s industry leaders to help them achieve their business objectives.
As the director of sales, he will report to Allen and lead his team to ensure that their customers receive the right products, services and support to build safer, more reliable pipelines.
CRC-Evans Pipeline International, Inc. (Houston, TX), a division of Stanley Oil & Gas and subidiary of Stanley Black & Decker (New Britain, CT) promoted Kevin Allen to president of Onshore West, replacing Brian Laing, who will move to a chief advisor role for the company. Allen is a United States Marine Corps veteran and joined the company in 1990. Most recently, he served as the director of sales of Onshore West. His vast experience over the past 28 years includes roles within the R&D department, field technician, service manager and sales. As president he will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management and continue to lead them in achieving their business objectives.
“Kevin’s ability to connect with customers and build solid relationships for us throughout almost three decades established and reinforced that he is the person to lead Onshore West,” stated Pete Morris, the president of Stanley Oil & Gas. “His industry knowledge in all aspects of pipeline construction are invaluable assets to our company and our clients.”
Replacing Allen in his former role of the director of sales is Andy Neuberger, who comes to the company with more than 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically holding various senior level operations and marketing positions. He will report to Allen and lead his team to ensure that their customers receive the right products, services and support to build safer, more reliable pipelines.
