UPM Updates AS9100 Certification

They meet revision D of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 for stainless steel, titanium, and high temperature alloy sheet, strip, coil, plate, bar, forgings and consumables.

United Performance Metals (UPM; Cincinnati, OH) has successfully achieved certification to revision D of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015. The scope of this registration includes the supply, processing, and distribution of stainless steel, titanium, and high temperature alloy sheet, strip, coil, plate, bar, forgings and consumable products for the aerospace and commercial markets. Processing methods include cutting to length, slitting, edging, shearing and laser/water jet cutting.

UPM is an O’Neal Industries (Birmingham, AL) affiliate with nine service centers worldwide that supply a full line of high strength, high temperature, and corrosion resistant materials coupled with FIRSTCUT+® Processing Services to the aerospace, fastener, medical, power generation, oil and gas, semiconductor and many other industries.
