TAB Industries Names Lead Welder, Fabricator
Logan McCoy is their lead welder and Carl Weikel is a full-time fabricator to help increase production capacity and support business growth.

TAB Industries, LLC (Reading, PA) has named Logan McCoy as their lead welder and Carl Weikel as a full-time fabricator to increase production capacity and support growth of the company’s line of orbital wrapping machines.
As lead welder, McCoy is responsible for on-time, on-spec production of their patent-pending TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital wrapper machinery, including manufacturing, assembly and preparation for delivery. He brings previous experience as a welder at a metal fab shop to the newly created position. “This is a family company that actually runs the shop like a family,” says McCoy. “I have production goals and the freedom to get the job done. I look forward to working here for a long time.” He earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Beaver County Community College (Monaca, PA). He now resides in Douglassville, PA.
Weikel is responsible for metal fabricating, cutting, welding and other shop operations. Originally hired as a part-time shop assistant following three years in metalworking studies, he earned the promotion to full-time to fill this newly created position by providing skilled support in meeting growing production demands. “This is a challenging, supportive environment where I get do something different and hands-on every day,” says Weikel. “I’d encourage people to consider trying metalworking as a career with real opportunity.” He resides in Exeter, PA.
