Futura Automation Adds Regional Manager
George Wilken handles sales and support of aerospace, automotive, medical and general manufacturing customers in Southern California.

Manufacturers representative agency Futura Automation LLC (Scottsdale, AZ) has added George Wilken to their management team as their regional sales manager for Southern California. He will be responsible for representing Air Turbine Tools, Applied Motion Products, Applied Robotics, Carter Enterprises, Flexomation, Joulin, Robot System Products, Röhm Products, Sicron, Technology Brewing, Toshiba Machine (TM) Robotics, Visumatic and Weintek, which offers the capability to monitor machine controllers, including CNC, and translate existing data into predictive maintenance algorithms or PDA notifications alongside or through the CMMS systems.
With the addition of Wilken and offices in Arizona, North Carolina and now Southern
California, the agency can now support Southern California aerospace, automotive, medical and general manufacturing customers for machine tool maintenance, packaging automation and robotic handling cells. They are also partnered with Manufacturing Asset Solutions for their software services CMMS and ToolTrax.
Wilken is a resident of Riverside, CA, and has 20+ years experience in industrial
machining and tool management, most recently with Arconic Fastening Systems and
Rings (formerly Alcoa). “George Wilken is a great addition to our team so that we can
provide senior level machining, robot and tooling expertise and bring “Industry 4.0”
benefits to more clients in North America,” said agency president Brian McMorris.
