Waukesha Metal Products (Grafton, WI), an international full service metal stamping and fabrication partner, announced their installation of a Mitsubishi SR-F40 fiber laser cutting system at their fabrication facility in Grafton that features:
- 4,000 watts of laser cutting power.
- Cuts up to one inch thick.
- Utilizes fiber optic cutting technology for cutting speeds up to 3X faster than traditional methods.
- Fiber optic laser cutting can reduce processing time by as much as 50 percent.
- Remote 360 technology provides real-time data that increases productivity, improves efficiency and reduce down time.
