Rockford Systems Appoints New Vice President of Finance
Bill Holliday assumes the position from Ken Kranz, who is retiring.

Rockford Systems, LLC (Rockford, IL) has announced that Bill Holliday is now the company’s vice president of finance. He assumes the position from Ken Kranz, who will retire March 2018. Holliday has over thirty-five years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining them, he served as the vice president of finance for J.L. Clark LLC, a diversified packaging company based in Rockford from 2002 to 2017, and was the director of finance at tool maker W.A. Whitney Company from 1998 to 2002. Earlier in his career, he worked in financial control positions with Gardner Machine Company, Barber-Coleman, and the Ingersoll Milling Machine Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Finance from Northern Illinois University (NIU), a Master of Business Administration from NIU, and also earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State of Illinois.
