Dengensha America Adds New Sales Engineers
They add Doug Becker as a senior sales engineer and Jim Pfeil as a sales engineer.

As a senior sales engineer, he is specially tasked to assist customers for welder, weld control, and gun products, especially with some of today’s most engaging resistance welding applications, including high-strength steel, hot stamp, and aluminum applications for automotive and non-automotive industries.
As a sales engineer, he is taking over responsibilities for the sales and support of resistance welding equipment in their growing Midwest region.
Dengensha America Corporation (Bedford, OH) recently added Doug Becker to fill a new sales engineering position from their Bedford headquarters. As a senior sales engineer, Becker is specially tasked to assist customers for welder, weld control, and gun products, especially with some of today’s most engaging resistance welding applications, including high-strength steel, hot stamp, and aluminum applications for automotive and non-automotive industries. “With nearly 20 years of sales and account management experience in global industrial areas, that include automotive, combined with his demonstrated technical expertise, Doug is the perfect candidate to take on this new role for us,” said Don Grisez, the chief operating officer of Dengensha America.
Along with his industrial background, Becker also served in the U.S. military for six years and is a Gulf War veteran. During his service in the Navy, Becker’s primary focus was on nuclear power plant operation and maintenance. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University Akron and currently resides in Medina, OH.
The company also added Jim Pfeil to the position of sales engineer. Pfeil will be taking over responsibilities for the sales and support of resistance welding equipment in their growing Midwest region. He will also be working out of the Bedford headquarters. “We are very pleased to notify our Midwestern customers that Jim Pfeil will now be providing sales and support for our full line of resistance welding equipment,” stated Grisez. “He has over 20 years experience as a sales engineer in a wide range of industrial fields and is also readily familiar with markets including automotive, stamping, steel, fabricating, injection mold, and paint manufacturing. Consequently, we are certain that Jim will quickly become a valuable customer asset.”
Pfeil has an Associates Degree of Applied Business from Lakeland Community College and currently resides in Painesville, OH.
