Providing primary control in systems requiring delivery pressures up to 750 psig and flow rates up to 24,000 SCFH, the 67B Series regulator is an ideal fit in applications such as bulk and micro bulk supply systems, fiber laser assist gas supply, and assist gas delivery systems from high pressure sources. The ½ in and ¾ in port sizes work in combination with the 2.3 Cv seat to provide the highest flow rates available while simultaneously enabling unmatched accuracy and response.
