SigmaTEK Programmer Wins Award
Khartika Phadke has been named a 2017 “Women of Influence” winner.

Khartika Phadke, a senior software developer for SigmaTEK Systems, LLC (Cincinnati, OH) has been named a 2017 “Women of Influence” winner. This prestigious award honors the region’s leading women who have helped shape the success of their company and demonstrated leadership. She serves on the SigmaNEST user interface and user experience team. As the scrum master, she provides leadership and assistance to ongoing development work, participates in technical design meetings, and creates user interface designs based on functional requirements.
Phadke holds an Engineering Degree and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and excels in an industry that is underrepresented by women, making her influential not only to the company, but to the industry in general. She is passionate about working in the manufacturing software industry. “The CAD/CAM industry is great if you want to work on building innovative solutions to challenging real-time manufacturing problems. It can be challenging, but also fun and rewarding,” said Phadke. “I am thrilled to accept this award.”
