Miro Manufacturing Inc. (Waukesha, WI) has acquired property and a facility located less than a mile from their main campus to serve as their Fabrication & Assembly Center. This addition provides them with over 60,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. Their fabrication services include laser and waterjet cutting, forming and welding. Assembly services vary from simple two-part sub-assemblies up to complete product assembly. The expansion of these operations accommodates what today’s customer is looking for: a partner to provide multiple complementary services and empower them to reduce their supply chain.
The shop also added a Komatsu 330 ton servo press outfitted with a 36 in coil feed line to enhance their metal stamping operation. Its battery of presses ranges from 60 tons to 1,000 tons. These advancements further Miro’s overall position as a versatile contract manufacturer for handling major projects, with flexibility to react quickly to a customer’s changing needs. Their diverse menu of services includes metal stamping, fabrication, machining and assembly.
