Dengensha America Expands Support Staff
They hired Jeff Romito as their parts business specialist and Scott Kudlinski as a technical service engineer.

Dengensha America Corporation (Bedford, OH) recently added Jeff Romito as their parts business specialist, responsible for supporting customers in North America, Central America and Canada in various aspects of their growing parts business. Working out of the Bedford office, his specific areas of parts business responsibility include customer service and support, sales promotion and vendor management. “Jeff brings over 20 years of customer service and support experience to his job in areas such as specialty equipment supply and software,” said Don Grisez, the chief operating officer of Dengensha America. “Consequently, he will be a real asset to our team as our customer list grows, their businesses grow, and their needs for our authorized parts grows.” Romito has a Business Marketing degree from Mercyhurst College and currently resides in Euclid, OH.
The company also recently added Scott Kudlinski as a technical service engineer that is responsible for providing customers in the Southern territory with technical service and support for their full line of resistance welding equipment. Kudlinski will be working out of their Cincinnati office. “With Scott’s extensive background in mechanical parts and electrical components, he can provide immediate technical service and support to our customers,” noted Grisez. “This is especially true for our automotive customers because Scott served many of those same customers when he traveled as a service and support manager for another manufacturing company.” Kudlinski has a degree from Schoolcraft College and currently resides in Florence, KY.
