Virtual Press Design Technology Takes Center Stage

Visitors to their booth will not only learn tips to increase productivity and eliminate unplanned downtime, they will also be able to quickly develop concept drawings on-site to share with their internal project teams: “Imagine the Possibilities” is this year’s booth theme that showcases Launch™, their exclusive virtual press design technology. Via a user-friendly interface, visitors can work with the company’s Solutions Team to input a variety of variables (bed size, tonnage, speed, heat parameters, etc.) and generate a preliminary sketch of their new machinery.

Ideal for low volume, high-mix part production, sheet hydroforming presses use a single unmated tool and a pressurized rubber diaphragm to form parts with smooth, uniform, scratch-free surfaces that typically require no additional finishing.
