In Booth A1014, Apex Machine Group (Golden Valley, MN) will display their new TB 1600 64 in top / bottom machine that processes both the top and bottom surfaces of each part in a single pass with 100 percent uniformity. Every square inch of every part is processed exactly the same over 100 percent of the machine width. The TB 1600 can be fitted with flexible abrasive strips, abrasive nylon, a variety of wire products, abrasive flap discs, non-woven / impregnated pads and more for deburring, edge radius, oxide removal, processing of 3D parts, buffing and polishing, non-directional scratch and surface preparation for paint – all with 100 percent edge uniformity.
