Heavy Duty Drawer Slides

In Booth C40928, heavy duty telescopic slides from Chambrelan Industrial Slides, Inc. (Sainte-Therese, QC) are available for loads up to 2,500 lb. Their closed lengths can be as long as 78 in, with extensions reaching up to 10 ft. They consist of rails equipped with ball bearing cages and end stops. Most of them are made of zinc plated extruded steel, but some models are also available in stainless steel. Aside from ROHS-compliant zinc plating, other surface finishes are available to primarily increase shock, wear and corrosion resistance. These telescopic slides are offered in three extension capabilities: partial extension at 70 percent of closed length, full extension at 100 percent of closed length and super extension at 150 percent of closed length. The maximum load capacity is obtained when the slides are installed sideways. Many models allow flat mounting, which however reduces the load capacity significantly.
