In Booth A3294, Blue Water Engineering Pty Ltd (Queensland, Australia) will display their Forklift Vaclift unit model FVL1000HPT, the perfect option for loading aluminum, steel, brass, copper and other materials into abrasive waterjets, laser cutting systems, plasma cutting systems, router cutters, and other CNC machine tools. The FVL1000HPT is fitted with a fully self-contained vacuum system for unrestricted use within and outside the workshop. It uses Hydraulic Power Tilt to 90 deg for moving stone, glass or storing plates on an A-frame, etc. A large range of both forklift and dedicated crane Vaclift units with custom configurations are available to suit the user’s specific requirement. These systems provide a safe and efficient method of material handling, with the added benefit of reducing material damage and scratching commonly found with other methods of handling. They are ideal for handling large panels and any non-porous material that requires efficient handling, including marble and granite, composites, stone and glass.
More versatile than magnets and faster than clamps and slings, Vaclift crane, jib and forklift vacuum lifters are a reliable, efficient and economical means of handling nonporous material, such as glass, metal, stone, concrete, plastics, laminates, composite roofing, coolroom and large truck and trailer panels. Standard or custom Vaclift systems feature options for horizontal rotation of workpiece up to 180 deg and for vertical rotation of workpiece up to 360 deg. They use durable, fully bonded pads and have adjustable pad layouts. Individual pads can be turned on or off. All spares, including pads, are available. Each system uses an integrated alarm system, audible and visual. Dedicated crane/jib below-the-hook vacuum lifters feature self-contained battery systems with long operating times, compressed air supply systems, and optional dual vacuum systems.
All Vaclift systems are easily maintained and serviced, with full factory support and technical advice. All equipment construction complies with AS 4991-2004 and ASME B30.20.2010 standards and comes with a 12-month warranty.
