New Sales Management at Tebis America
John Kowalczyk is the new senior manager of Global Strategic Accounts and Mark Cadogan is their vice president of sales for North America.

Tebis America Inc. (Troy, MI), a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing serving the tool, die, mold, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Kowalczyk as their senior manager of Global Strategic Accounts and Mark Cadogan as their vice president of sales for North America. The announcements were made by David Klotz, the chief executive officer and president of Tebis America.
In this new position, Kowalczyk will manage strategic accounts globally, further strengthening relationships with a number of key customers. Prior to this position, he was the sales manager for Tebis America. He has extensive experience in dealing with their entire range of products and his knowledge of systems will now be instrumental on a global scale. “This new position will enable me to work with users on all facets of their operation, with specific focus on providing solutions and adapting best practices company-wide and worldwide,” he said. “It’s an exciting time and I look forward to the challenge.”
Cadogan will be responsible for all sales matters in North America, including growing and managing the regional sales force and providing the strategic direction of the company’s sales effort. “We are the premier name in CAD/CAM software,” he said. “I’m anxious to become a part of this world-class organization and I’m looking forward to working with a company that really understands what manufacturers need. I am excited to help them over-achieve their efficiency requirements.” Prior to coming to Tebis, he was the vice president of sales in Canada and the Midwest U.S. for Autodesk/Delcam, and also held several other sales positions at Delcam North America.
