In Booth 451 at AeroDef 2017, Coldwater Machine Company (Coldwater, OH), an ITAR-certified manufacturer, will be highlighting their solutions for precision applications that include build-to-print of fixtures, jigs and tooling, as well as design and build of material handling devices, special purpose machines, composite layup stations, specialized turbine assembly and field service tool kits, transport trailers and dollies.

Coldwater consistently achieves machining tolerances of .0002 in to .0004 in with capability to produce parts as large as 57 in by 57 in. Materials experience includes stainless steel, aluminum, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, and other exotic metal alloys. In addition to producing components and assemblies from supplied specifications, their engineers are experts in designing solutions for difficult part holding applications, as well as complete turnkey automated solutions. They have also produced numerous robotic and special purpose machines that address a variety of aerospace manufacturing issues.
