CS Unitec offers linear, rotary and pipe finishing tools for flat, square or round surfaces. The PTX Eco Smart professional linear surface finisher is redesigned with a more powerful 15A motor for producing most linear finishes up to a mirror finish on steel, stainless steel and other nonferrous metals. The tool’s high torque 15A (1,710 watt) motor makes the PTX Eco Smart ideal for grinding and blending jobs such as removing welds, deep scratches, oxidation, rust and paint. It can also polish inside corners. Variable speed control with a tacho-generator provides constant power from 1,000 rpm to 3,800 rpm, even under load. The handle is adjustable for right and left-handed operators.

With a powerful 15A (1,710 watt) motor and infinite variable-speed control (2,000 rpm to 7,600 rpm), the VARLIEX® WSF 1800 speed-controlled rotary surface finishing and blending tool can perform a multitude of tasks, from rough grinding and blending to polishing up to a mirror finish. VARILEX comes standard with a 5 in safety guard. Designed and developed for heavy industrial use, this tool is equipped with a patented EASY-LOCK clamping nut and spindle lock button allowing the user to change discs in seconds, without tools.

For surface finishing applications on pipe and hand rails, the PIPE-MAX combination weld seam grinder and pipe sander renders weld seams invisible and can produce a variety of linear finishes up to a mirror finish on stainless steel, aluminum and high-quality metals. This tool efficiently deburrs, grinds and polishes closed and open pipe constructions from 3/8 in to 12 in diameter. PIPE-MAX features a high-torque 15A variable-speed (950 rpm to 3,500 rpm) electric motor to allow continuous sanding belt speed adjustment (from 33 ft/sec to 100 ft/sec) and a continuous belt tightening adjustment to suit the pipe diameter.
