In Booth C-51085, COLE-TUVE, Inc. (Baltimore, MD) will feature the 4R HS and 4R HSS Plate Bending Rolls. The fully hydraulic 4-roll bending rolls are offered in 3 in to 20 in widths with capacities of 3/16 in to 3-3/8 in. Both models are standard with hydraulic drive, adjustments and drop end, induction hardened rolls, two speeds, three LED readouts and a cone-bending attachment. They are delivered pre-arranged for easy retro-fit of optional overhead and side support devices. The cost effective and popular NC Control and CNC Control are available for optional automation. These versatile machines are ideal for both job shops and production facilities. The 4R HS and 4R HSS Plate Bending Rolls will roll partial or full cylinders. When coupled with COLE-TUVE’s SDK-6 or SDK-8 Flanging Machines, they make an ideal combination to manufacture tanks.
