This deal expands their FANUC core parts and repair capabilities to include depot repair services for more OEMs, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Okuma, and Baldor.

Tennessee Industrial Electronics, LLC (TIE; La Vergne, TN) a leading supplier of refurbished industrial electronic FANUC CNC component parts, has announced they have acquired The Parker Group, Inc. (PGI; Clinton Township, MI), a fully integrated depot repair center specializing in electronic and servo-mechanical products that has over 30 years of experience in repairing and rebuilding automation equipment from a number of equipment manufacturers in a broad array of industries.

This acquisition advances TIE’s commitment to expand their core FANUC parts and repair capabilities to include depot repair services into other manufacturers, such as Lincoln Electric, Miller Electric, Yaskawa, Ambitech and many others.
