Booth C-44075: The compact HP20T 20 ton Horizontal Press from Edwards Manufacturing is a flexible powerhouse that accepts a great variety of tooling to form, break and straighten mild steel and uses an integrated digital encoder to read a positive stop for accurate repetition within 0.01 in.

In Booth C-44075, Edwards Manufacturing Company (Albert Lea, MN) will display their Radius Roller that is designed to roll medium to heavy flat, angle, pipe, tube and channel section projects quickly and accurately. An operator can quick connect the RRM2 to an Edwards Ironworker that is outfitted with the optional Hydraulic Accessory Pack or an Edwards Porta Power and be ready to roll. The variable speed hydraulic drive allows the operator to dial in the appropriate speed for various materials. This compact powerhouse is designed for maximum tooling flexibility. The universal die block holds tooling securely, while the 4-pin tooling locations lock with a simple crank for inboard squaring. The integrated digital encoder reads a positive stop for accurate repetition within 0.01 in. The Horizontal Press ships with a 6 in 4-way die block and arbor punch to get production started.
