Portable Tag Marking of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Plastics, Tool Steel

In Booth C-23030, MB Metal Technologies, LLC (Milwaukee, WI) will display the MarkinBOX family of Portable Electric Pin Markers. The MB3315S model offers a marking window of 33 mm x 15 mm, the mid-size MB8020S model offers an 80 mm x 20 mm marking window, and the MB1010 provides the largest mark area of 100 mm x 100 mm. Each of the three units can be used as portable units and can be connected to an optional Benchtop Stand if desired. From Alpha-Numeric to Serialization Marking, Sketchbook Software is included in the purchase  price, allowing many options of Force and Speed to maximize the marking process. Tag marking of materials from aluminum thru stainless steel are a specialty due to the high-quality small characters. Characters as small as 1 mm H can be read under glass. MarkinBOX can mark plastics and 62Rc Tool Steel. Various pin nose geometries are available to maximize results.

The new WiFi controller App connection to Android or Apple phone or tablet products provides a new level of interface, as touchscreen comes to the pin marking world from MarkinBOX. The new BSD (Big Solenoid Device) units with a larger pin and higher peak force allows users to put in a deeper mark when post process surface finishes are required. This feature is available on both the MB8020S and MB1010 units.
