In Booth C-51093, visitors can learn about the Plasma RED “plug and play” plasma cutting system from Soitaab USA Inc. (Lombard, IL) that is ideal for cutting ferrous, steel and aluminum materials in thin to medium thick plate sizes up to 2 m wide and 6 m long used in steel fabrication and HVAC manufacturing. Its SHMI (Soitaab Human Machine Interface) CNC control with operator interface allows shops to fully exploit the high potential of the machine from the very beginning. Positioning accuracy is provided by means of an aluminum beam structure, dual brushless drives on the longitudinal axis with gantry control, linear guideways, and racks and pinions coupled together to the cutting table and completely separated from the structural frame of the machine. Particular attention is given to protecting all of the guideways, and compliance with safety regulations makes the Plasma Red the safest plasma cutting solution ever.
