Hurco Recognizes Distributors

Awards were given to distributors and agents who represent them throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America.

Hurco distributor partners toured the John Force Racing manufacturing operation at the Hurco National Sales Meeting. John Force Racing has a fleet of Hurco CNC machines to manufacture parts for their NHRA dragsters and funny cars in addition to parts for their Force American Made division.

Hurco Companies, Inc. (Indianapolis, IN) held their annual awards banquet to acknowledge their team of accomplished distributors and agents who represent them throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America. The national meeting of distributor partners was held at John Force Racing Inc. (JFR; Brownsburg, IN), near the company headquarters, to kick off the new partnership established with the legendary National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) team. Banquet attendees toured JFR’s 40,000 sq ft facility, including their Force American Made machine shop that features the latest Hurco CNC machines.

The winner of the Top Sales Representative Award was Gary Kittredge, of Brooks Associates (Norwell, MA), a full-service distributor that represents Hurco in New England. The other winners of the Top 5 Award, from second to fifth, were Jim Braun of Braun Machinery Company (Grand Rapids, MI); Mark Finnell of Reynolds Machinery, Inc. (Dayton, OH); Tim Navalta of Braun Machinery; and Dennis Visser of Machinery Source, LLC (Belvidere, Il).

The distributorships were also recognized for their achievements in representing Hurco. The Top 5 Distributors, from first to fifth, were Braun Machinery; Brooks Associates; Reynolds Machinery; Humston Machinery (Zionsville, IN); and, in a tie for fifth place, Stone Machinery (St. Paul, MN); and Applied Machine Solutions, Inc. (Ball Ground, GA).

Humston Machinery won the Top Distributor Market Share Award, and Top Distributor Growth went to Brooks Associates. Hurco also welcomed new distributors Alta Enterprises (Center Valley, PA), who represent them in Western Pennsylvania, and CNC Solutions Inc. (Milpitas, CA), their representatives in Northern California.
