Bob O’Callaghan retires as GM, Scott Baker is their new CEO, and Sam Dean now directs sales and marketing.

Robert (Bob) O’Callaghan retired as general manager of Whitney Tool Company, Inc. (Bedford, IN) on June 30, 2016, a leadership role he had served since 1994. Over the past 22 years he guided steady growth of the company by creating a strong sales organization and, through advertising and investing in employee skills and technology, Whitney Tool experienced continuous expansion of their products and services. Under his leadership, they have been recognized as a leading brand in the cutting tool industry.

Coinciding with the retirement of O’Callaghan, the company announced the appointment of William (Scott) Baker as chief executive officer and Sam Dean as director of sales and marketing. Baker joined Whitney Tool in 2008 as operations manager, and Dean began his Whitney career in 2012 as their sales engineer.
