Global Shop Solutions (The Woodlands, TX), a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company, announces the opening of their new office in Brighton, UK, that will focus exclusively on providing sales, technical and customer support for customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The new UK office is located on the Third Floor, Queensberry House, 106 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XF, United Kingdom. “We are opening this office due to our expanding customer base and demand in the UK and Ireland,” says Nick Knight, the director of consulting at Global Shop Solutions. “We are growing and we require the local footprint to support our customers, develop new sales opportunities, and engage with the community.”
In order to do this, consultant Michelle Brown has been selected to oversee this office. With seven years’ experience in manufacturing and 14 in the IT service industry, she brings a diverse and well-rounded background to this new office and their customers in the UK and Ireland. “Going to school and working in manufacturing in this region gives her unique insight that is perfect for our customers and growing business there,” notes Dusty Alexander, the chief executive officer of Global Shop Solutions. “Her experience makes her ideal to understand the needs and pressures of customers.”
