Two Promotions at Matsuura Machinery USA

Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc. (St. Paul, MN), an innovator in the development of high speed machining and the manufacture of automated, unmanned high accuracy CNC machine tools, announces the promotion of Shawn Buboltz to national service manager and Roger Breeggemann to service coordinator.

Buboltz will manage the overall direction and coordination of the company’s service department. Prior to his role as interim service manager at Matsuura Machinery USA, Buboltz served as a service engineer. He was also the maintenance manager for Mape (Cambridge, MN) and also for Continental Hydraulics (Savage, MN). He also spent ten years at Reviva Inc. (Minneapolis, MN) in the role of production supervisor.

“With more than 16 years of experience, Shawn’s comprehensive understanding of the industry is critical and provides him with an exceptional awareness and intelligence. His keen insights and knowledge enable him to effectively lead our service team. Most importantly, he is equipped to provide the incomparable service our customers expect from us,” said Craig St. John, the president of Matsuura Machinery USA. “Shawn’s leadership and strategic abilities will ensure that our service team delivers prompt and comprehensive service. One of his greatest qualities is his awareness and appreciation of what it takes for a customer to be satisfied.”

Buboltz also served for four years with the United States Coast Guard, where he gained experience in diesel engine assembly/maintenance and shipboard electrical, HVAC and boiler repair.

Prior to working with Matsuura USA as a service engineer, Breeggeman served as building and machine maintenance manager for Continental Machines Inc. (Savage, MN). Additionally at Continental Machines he also held positions of maintenance mechanic and machine operator.

“In Roger’s expanded role as service coordinator, he will manage our service scheduling and dozens of other projects that must happen behind the scenes to deliver our world-class service,” noted St. John. “His extensive management experience reinforces his proficiency in responding to and solving our customer’ requirements. He uses analytical and problem-solving abilities to explore and successfully resolve any customer questions or concerns.”

Breeggemann graduated from Shakopee High School (Shakopee, MN) and also received training in welding from Hennepin Technical College (Eden Praire, MN).
