Dengensha Mexico (DGM; Leon, Mexico) has increased its resistance welding support capabilities by adding Raul Ramiro Flores Rodriguez as a technical service engineer. Adding Flores is a direct result of Mexico’s automotive industry growth and DGM’s direct response to that growth with increased customer service and sales support. He will be responsible for areas including product application, sales, installation and service.
Rodriguez has been specially groomed to provide a broad range of technical training and assistance support services for customers and employees in areas that also include product usage, operation and maintenance. “Flores has a mechanical engineering background and demonstrates a broad understanding of technical engineering principles in resistance welding for automotive manufacturing,” said Don Grisez, the president of Dengensha America. “He is an excellent fit for us in general and especially our Mexico subsidiary, as their customer base continues to grow.”
Rodriguez graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad de Guanajuato in 2012. Prior to his position with the company he worked as a sourcing buyer and maintenance engineer in a food processing facility. He resides in Leon, Mexico.
Dengensha offers automotive, agricultural and general manufacturers one of the most complete lines of resistance welding equipment in the world, including projection and spot welders, weld guns, feeders and controls with consumables, and spare parts. Training and field service complete their single source capability.
