Jet Edge Employee is Honored

Jaimie Larson is chosen as the 2016 Young Professional of the Year.

The I-94 West Chamber of Commerce (Albertville, MN) recently honored Jet Edge, Inc. (St. Michael, MN) sales and marketing assistant Jaimie Larson as its 2016 Young Professional of the Year.

Larson, who performs a wide range of sales and marketing duties for the waterjet systems manufacturer, was recognized for her commitment to professional growth and leadership development, as well as for her involvement in the Chamber’s numerous business and community development initiatives. She is a co-chair of the Chamber’s Ambassador program and is very active in the Chamber activities, including the Elevate for Success leadership program. She also completed their 2015-2016 Business Institute and is currently enrolled in its Marketing Academy.

This is the fourth time in four years that the company has been recognized by the Chamber of Commerce. Larson was named Chamber Ambassador of the Year in 2013, and Jet Edge received the Chamber’s Manufacturing Excellence Award in 2012 and 2015.

“We’re so proud of Jaimie,” said Jude Lague, the company president. “The Chamber of Commerce is one of the many ways we connect with our local business community. She has done a fantastic job representing us as a Chamber Ambassador. We are also humbled to be recognized four times by the them. It is a tremendous honor.”
