Vero Software (Gloucestershire, UK) is pleased to announce that Jessica Woodall has been appointed as the software sales director for Latin America. Woodall, who has worked in the CNC industry for 22 years, has served as the Alphacam director of sales and services of the Americas for the past 16 years, during which time she has helped to build a strong and talented team.
Latin America is viewed as a fantastic new opportunity following in the footsteps of the excellent reported growth by parent company Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence (Surrey, UK) last year. It offers a new focus for direct and indirect sales. Resellers are very excited to have a leader who understands the internal dynamics of the company, as well as the culture and its customers — a key factor in the success of conducting business in this region.
“I am extremely enthusiastic about working with the brand leaders and very optimistic about the growth opportunities in these key markets,” stated Woodall. “The possibilities are endless and the breadth of product offerings gives us the competitive advantage to service each customer as one company.”
Headquartered in England, Vero Software designs, develops, and supplies CAD/CAM/CAE software that radically enhances the efficiency of design and manufacturing processes, providing shops with exceptional value through high productivity gains and significantly reducing time to market through brands that include Alphacam, Cabinet Vision, Edgecam, Machining STRATEGIST, PEPS, Radan, SMIRT, Surfcam, WorkNC and VISI, along with the production control MRP system Javelin.
The company has direct offices in the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, the U.S., Brazil, Netherlands, China, South Korea, Spain and India, supplying products to more than 45 countries through its wholly-owned subsidiaries and reseller network. They are part of Hexagon, a leading global provider of information technologies that drive quality and productivity across geospatial and industrial enterprise applications.
