Machine manufacturers and integrators are increasingly taking advantage of the power and convenience of Click&Move® from Advanced Motion Controls (Camarillo, CA) for their programming needs in cutting machines, milling machine tools, measuring machines, robotics and more. Shops with small programming teams or those with little or no motion control experience are especially interested because it allows them to take on programming challenges that were previously out of reach. By utilizing drag-and-drop style programming, users simply drop predefined function blocks right into the program to increase functionality and sophistication. If the right function block doesn’t exist, users can create their own user defined function blocks using C++, for example, to program custom math algorithms.
Features:
- Low cost platform independent solution
- Open architecture (PLCopen IEC61131-3) function block programming
- User defined function blocks for custom functionality
- Network independent: Ethernet (EtherCAT, EPL), CANopen
- Built-in compatibility with ADVANCED Motion Controls servo drives
- Compatible with 3rd party network I/O
- Integrated HMI
- Virtual axes for development
