Kemper Reports Increased Sales Profit
The manufacturer of extraction and filter systems for metal processing reports double-digit increases in sales and revenue.

KEMPER GmbH (Vreden, Germany) has driven their business further on to a higher level during the previous fiscal year, with sales increasing by 11 percent compared to 2014. Revenue again increased in the double digit range. In 2014, this manufacturer of extraction and filter systems for the metal processing industry had already increased its sales at a comparable level by 12 percent. Increases in series devices were a decisive positive business development in 2015, with a recorded a sales jump of 14 percent. Incoming orders in total grew over the past year by five percent compared to 2014.
In 2016 Björn Kemper, the chief executive officer of the company, wants to stay the course: “Because of the current prevailing political and economic crises, we shall remain cautiously optimistic for the time being. But we are counting on the fact that there is a good chance to open up new markets with our products.” The focus is on Eastern Europe. The company sees a great growth potential, especially in Poland, where last year KEMPER expanded its presence with personnel. In 2016 they will be represented at three major metal fairs in Poland alone. In addition, the manufacturer wants to contribute its know-how on occupational safety and air pollution in other branches.
Founded in 1977, KEMPER is a medium-size, family-owned manufacturer of extraction and filter systems for metal processing, with its registered office in Vreden, Westphalia. They are a technology leader, with highly efficient filter systems that are capable of filtering even ultra-fine dust particles that are generated together with welding fumes from the air.
Thier product portfolio includes extraction tables for cutting processes and a whole range of accessories regarding occupational safety and air pollution control for metal processing, as well as the electrical industry and car industry. The company currently has approximately 300 employees. Besides their main office, a manufacturing plant is maintained near Prague, Czech Republic. KEMPER is represented across the world through eight subsidiaries and numerous permanent trading partners.
