Rollomatic Appoints New Regional Sales Manager

William McKenna will cover New England, the state of New York, the northern part of the state of New Jersey, Quebec and the eastern tip of Ontario.

Rollomatic, Inc. (Mundelein, IL), a subsidiary of Rollomatic Holdings (Le Landeron, Switzerland), announces the appointment of William (Mac) McKenna as regional sales manager for several key manufacturing areas in North America.

Rollomatic is a leading builder of CNC tool/cutter and peel grinding machines as well as laser cutting machines. Their North American headquarters has a state-of-the-art machine demonstration and customer support facility.Their sister company, Strausak Inc., is located in the same building.

McKenna has been with Rollomatic for over 15 years. His responsibilities will cover all aspects of managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts and acquisition of new accounts. Due to his background, he will also provide technical customer support and applications assistance. The geographical area which he will cover is the North East region, including New England, the state of New York, the northern part of the state of New Jersey as well as Quebec and the eastern tip of Ontario with immediate effect.

After being a successful and skilled CNC applications engineer, McKenna was promoted to the position of Team Leader for the applications and service team in 2006. He led his team in a competent and capable manner for many years. They selected him for this role based on his extensive experience in the cutting tool field and in CNC grinding machines. The company feels his support-oriented customer approach and his strategic mindset will benefit the customer base and that these qualities are key to expanding the brand name to drive the ever-evolving new technologies of the company.

McKenna and his wife will relocate to Connecticut in April.
